Vacation Care Property Management ensures your property is kept safe whilst you are away or whilst you have guests.
Standard Level Service – from 480€ per annum
Weekly or monthly property checks, especially after inclement weather
Property checks including:
Airing the property
Flushing all toilets, running all taps and showers
Checking for signs of damp and mould
Inspecting all windows, doors and alarms
Checking that all lights and power points are in full working order
Checking for and removing any mail (a mail forwarding service is available)
Check in/out and registration of renters or guests
Monthly reports and photos sent to the owner
Other services available (at additional cost)
Advice on establishing a structured maintenance programme
Airport collection/return service
Checking all electrical equipment and domestic appliances
Emergency call out and repairs (cost of actual repair is additional)
Housekeeping including: dusting, clean, sweep and mop floors before arrival
Regular checks for pests and vermin with recommendation for remedial action
Weekly watering of interior or balcony plants - lawn maintenance is available at additional cost
Departure Clean – clean linen and towels will be supplied in addition to a comprehensive housekeeping service to all rooms and terraces including airing the property, ready for new arrivals
Mid-week Clean – if required, during the owners or guests stay, this will include a full housekeeping service including a change of linen and towels
Laundry – we will collect, launder and return bed linen and towels
Property Administration (bespoke package based on requirements)

Payment of annual non-resident property tax, including declaration and/or payment of tax on vehicles
